Delete email configuration - LG T385

Read help info

If you have problems sending and receiving email messages, you can delete the email configuration and then create it again. Follow these instructions to delete an email configuration.

Step 1 of 17

Find "Access points"

Press the menu icon.

Press Settings.

Press Connectivity.

Press Access points.

Delete data connection

Press Delete.

Press the required data connection to tick it.

When the box next to a data connection is ticked (V), it's selected.

Press Delete(x).

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.

Press the menu icon.

Press E-mail.

Delete email account

Press the required email account to highlight it.

When the box next to an email account is ticked (V), it's selected.

Press Delete(x).

Exit

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.

Press the menu icon.
Press Settings.
Press Connectivity.
Press Access points.

2. Delete data connection

Press Delete.
Press the required data connection to tick it.
When the box next to a data connection is ticked (V), it's selected.
Press Delete(x).
Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.

3. Find "Delete"

Press the menu icon.
Press E-mail.
Press the menu icon.
Press Delete.

4. Delete email account

Press the required email account to highlight it.
When the box next to an email account is ticked (V), it's selected.
Press Delete(x).

5. Exit

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.
