A text message is a message that can be sent to other mobile phones. Your phone can send and receive text messages as soon as you've inserted your SIM.

Find "Settings"

Press the message icon.

Press the Menu key.

Press Settings.

Turn on message function

Press SMS enabled.

Turn on message function

Press Default SMS app.

Press Messaging.

Turn on message function

Press the Return key.

Save the message centre number

Press Text message (SMS).

Save the message centre number

Press SMS service centre.

Save the message centre number

Key in +61415011501 and press OK.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

Find "Settings"

Press the message icon.
Press the Menu key.
Press Settings.

Turn on message function

Press SMS enabled.
Press Default SMS app.
Press Messaging.
Press the Return key.

Save the message centre number

Press Text message (SMS).
Press SMS service centre.
Key in +61415011501 and press OK.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
