Activate your Alcatel Move Time Family Watch Proprietary OS

You need to activate your smartwatch before using it for the first time and after a factory reset.

1. Turn on your smartwatch

Press and hold On/Off until your smartwatch is turned on.

2. Select language

Press the required language.

3. Enter your PIN

If your SIM is locked, key in your PIN and press OK.

4. Connect your smartwatch and your phone

On your phone: Press TCLMOVE.

Make sure you've installed the app TCLMOVE on your phone.

On your phone: Press Add your device.

On your phone: Press Scan QR code.

Slide your finger left on the screen of your smartwatch.

On your phone: Follow the instructions on the screen to place the QR code on your smartwatch in your phone's viewfinder.

On your phone: Press the text input field and key in the code displayed on your smartwatch.

On your phone: Press Confirm.

On your phone: Key in the required phone number and press Next.

On your phone: Follow the instructions on the screen to key in the required information and press Done to finish the activation.
