I can't turn on my tablet - Apple iPad (3rd generation) iOS 5

Cause 9 of 10: An incorrect PIN is entered

Your PIN is used to protect your SIM from unauthorised use. If an incorrect PIN is entered, you can't turn on your tablet.

Solution: Enter the correct PIN. If you enter a wrong PIN three times in a row, your SIM is blocked and you need to key in your PUK. To obtain the PUK, log on to My Vodafone.

Turn on your device

Press and hold On/Off until your device is turned on.

Enter PIN

Drag the arrow right.

Enter PIN

Press Unlock.

Step 4 of 6

Enter PIN

Key in your PIN and press OK.
If your device rejects the SIM:
Contact your distributor or service provider where you bought your device.

Turn off your device

Press and hold On/Off.

Turn off your device

Drag the arrow right to turn off your device.

1 Turn on your device

Press and hold On/Off until your device is turned on.

2 Enter PIN

Drag the arrow right.
Press Unlock.
Key in your PIN and press OK.
If your device rejects the SIM:
Contact your distributor or service provider where you bought your device.

3 Turn off your device

Press and hold On/Off.
Drag the arrow right to turn off your device.
