I can't send and receive iMessages on my Apple Watch Series 10 watchOS 11

Cause 3 of 7: There are problems activating iMessage

The first time you activate iMessage, it may take a while before the activation is completed.

Solution: Turn off iMessage in the settings on the paired phone and try setting up the phone for iMessaging again after some time.
