Cause 4 of 5: Mobile data is turned off on your phone

If mobile data is turned off on your phone, you can't send and receive picture messages.

Solution: Turn on mobile data.

Turn mobile data on or off

Slide two fingers down the display starting from the top edge of your phone.
Press DATA CONNECTION to turn the function on or off.

Return to the home screen

Press the home icon to return to the home screen.
