I can't send and receive picture messages on my Huawei P10 Android 7.0

Cause 1 of 5: Data roaming is turned off

To send and receive MMS when abroad, data roaming needs to be turned on.

Solution: Turn on data roaming.

Press Settings.

Press Data roaming to turn the function on or off.
