I can't send and receive picture messages on my Motorola Moto G 5G Plus Android 10.0

Cause 1 of 5: Data roaming is turned off

To send and receive MMS when abroad, data roaming needs to be turned on.

Solution: Turn on data roaming.

Find "Mobile network"

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Find "Mobile network"

Press the settings icon.

Find "Mobile network"

Press Network & Internet.

Find "Mobile network"

Press Mobile network.

Turn data roaming on or off

Press the indicator next to "Roaming" to turn the function on or off.

Turn data roaming on or off

If you turn on data roaming, press OK.

Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Mobile network"

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Press the settings icon.

Press Network & Internet.

Press Mobile network.

2 Turn data roaming on or off

Press the indicator next to "Roaming" to turn the function on or off.

If you turn on data roaming, press OK.

3 Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
