Back up phone memory - Nokia C2-01

Before updating your phone's software, it's recommended that you back up the phone memory to ensure that no data is lost. It can also be useful to back up the phone memory regularly to ensure that no data is lost in case of defects and crashes. Follow these instructions to back up the phone memory.
Before you can back up the phone memory, you need to insert a memory card. Click here for information on how to insert a memory card into your phone.

Find "Create backup"

Press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Settings and press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Sync and backup and press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Create backup and press the Navigation key.

Press the Navigation key.

Highlight the required data types to select them and press the Navigation key.

When the box next to a data type is ticked (V), it's selected.

Press Done.

Find "Create backup"

Press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Settings and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Sync and backup and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Create backup and press the Navigation key.

Back up phone memory

Press the Navigation key.
Highlight the required data types to select them and press the Navigation key.
When the box next to a data type is ticked (V), it's selected.
Press Done.
