When you retrieve your contacts from different phone books, the same contact may be displayed more than once. You can merge identical contacts so that they will appear only once. Follow these instructions to merge identical contacts.

Press the Menu key.

Press the Menu key.

Press Contacts.

Press Contacts.

Press Options.

Press the required contacts to select them.

Press the required contacts to select them.

When the box next to a contact is ticked (V), the contact is selected.

Press Merge.

If some contact information conflicts:Follow the instructions on the display to select merge settings.Press Done.

Press the Menu key to return to standby mode.

Press the Menu key to return to standby mode.

Find "Merge contacts"

Press the Menu key.
Press Contacts.
Press Options.
Press Merge contacts.

Merge identical contacts

Press the required contacts to select them.
When the box next to a contact is ticked (V), the contact is selected.
Press Merge.
If some contact information conflicts:
Follow the instructions on the display to select merge settings.
Press Done.

Exit

Press the Menu key to return to standby mode.
