Use map functions in Nokia Maps - Nokia E7

Follow these instructions to use map functions in Nokia Maps.
You need to turn on GPS to use this function. Click here for information on how to turn on GPS.

You also need to set up your phone for internet. Click here for information on how to set up your phone for internet.

Please note that when you use Nokia Maps, data charges will apply. Check your price plan for applicable charges.

Find "Maps"

Press the Menu key.

Save favourite destination

Press the destination.

Press Save.
Key in a name for the destination.

Plan route to destination

Press the destination.

If the destination has been saved as a favourite:
Press Walk to or Drive to.

Press + or - to zoom in or out.

Press the Menu key to return to standby mode.

Find "Maps"

Press the Menu key.
Press Maps.

Select data connection

Press the settings icon.
Press Internet.
Press Network destination.
Press the required data connection.
Press Connection to select Online.
Press Back.
Press Menu.

Find destination

Press Map.
You can also key in points of interest and contacts from the phone book.
Press Search.
Key in the required destination.

Press the destination.
Press Save.
Key in a name for the destination.
Press OK.

Plan route to destination

Press the destination.
If the destination has been saved as a favourite:
Press Walk to or Drive to.
If the destination has not been saved as a favourite:
Press Navigate.
Press Walk to here or Drive to here.

Use zoom

Press + or - to zoom in or out.

Exit

Press the Menu key to return to standby mode.
