Cause 2 of 5: You're abroad and data roaming is turned off on your phone

If you're abroad and data roaming is turned off on your phone, you can't send and receive picture messages.

Solution: Turn on data roaming.

Find "mobile+SIM"

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your phone.
Press ALL SETTINGS.

Find "mobile+SIM"

Press mobile+SIM.

Step 3 of 5

Turn data roaming on or off

Press the field below "Data roaming options".

Turn data roaming on or off

Press roam or don't roam.

Return to the home screen

Press the home icon to return to the home screen.

1 Find "mobile+SIM"

2 Turn data roaming on or off

Press the field below "Data roaming options".
Press roam or don't roam.

3 Return to the home screen

Press the home icon to return to the home screen.
