I can't turn on my phone - Nokia Lumia 630

Cause 6 of 10: Your phone isn't assembled correctly

If your phone isn't assembled correctly, you can't turn on your phone.

Solution: Make sure your phone is assembled correctly.

Remove the back cover

Turn the back of your phone towards you.
Take hold of the top right corner of the back cover and remove it.

Insert your SIM

Place your SIM as illustrated next to the SIM holder.

Insert your SIM

Slide your SIM into the holder.

Insert the battery

Place the battery in your phone, bottom first, matching the battery contacts with the phone contacts and press the battery into place.

Replace the back cover

Place the back cover on your phone and press it into place.

1 Remove the back cover

Turn the back of your phone towards you.
Take hold of the top right corner of the back cover and remove it.

2 Insert your SIM

Place your SIM as illustrated next to the SIM holder.
Slide your SIM into the holder.

3 Insert the battery

Place the battery in your phone, bottom first, matching the battery contacts with the phone contacts and press the battery into place.

4 Replace the back cover

Place the back cover on your phone and press it into place.
