I can't make voice calls on my OPPO A91 Android 9.0

Cause 12 of 12: The selected network is out of range

If you've set your phone to use a specific network, it can't get a network connection if the selected network is out of range.

Solution: Turn on automatic network selection.

Find "Carrier"

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Find "Carrier"

Press the settings icon.

Find "Carrier"

Press Dual SIM & Mobile Network.

Find "Carrier"

Press the name of the SIM.

Find "Carrier"

Press Carrier.

Select network manually

Press the indicator next to "Auto Select".

Select network manually

Press Off.

Select network manually

Press Off to turn off the function and wait while your phone searches for networks.

Select network manually

Press the required network.

Select network automatically

Press the indicator next to "Auto Select" to turn on the function.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Carrier"

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Press the settings icon.
Press Dual SIM & Mobile Network.
Press the name of the SIM.
Press Carrier.

2 Select network manually

Press the indicator next to "Auto Select".
Press Off.
Press Off to turn off the function and wait while your phone searches for networks.
Press the required network.

3 Select network automatically

Press the indicator next to "Auto Select" to turn on the function.

4 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
