I can't make voice calls on my OPPO R11 Android 7.1

Cause 2 of 3: Divert of all calls is turned on

If divert of all calls is turned on, you can't receive any calls on your phone.

Solution: Cancel all diverts.

Find "Call Forwarding"

Press Settings.

Find "Call Forwarding"

Press Call.

Press Operator's Call Related Settings.

Press Call Forwarding.

Cancel all diverts

Press SIM1.

Cancel all diverts

Press the required divert type.

Cancel all diverts

Press Disable.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Call Forwarding"

Press Settings.

Press Call.

Press Operator's Call Related Settings.

Press Call Forwarding.

2 Cancel all diverts

Press SIM1.

Press the required divert type.

Press Disable.

3 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
