I can't use the internet connection on my OPPO R11 Android 7.1

Cause 1 of 4: Data roaming is turned off

To use the phone's internet connection when abroad, data roaming needs to be turned on.

Solution: Turn on data roaming.

Find "Dual SIM & Cellular"

Press Settings.

Find "Dual SIM & Cellular"

Press Dual SIM & Cellular.

Turn data roaming on or off

Press SIM1.

Turn data roaming on or off

Press the indicator next to "Data Roaming".

Turn data roaming on or off

If you turn on the function, press On.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Dual SIM & Cellular"

Press Settings.

Press Dual SIM & Cellular.

2 Turn data roaming on or off

Press SIM1.

Press the indicator next to "Data Roaming".

If you turn on the function, press On.

3 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
