I can't make voice calls on my OPPO R11s Android 7.1

Cause 12 of 12: The selected network is out of range

If you've set your phone to use a specific network, it can't get a network connection if the selected network is out of range.

Solution: Turn on automatic network selection.

Find "Carrier"

Press Settings.

Find "Carrier"

Press Dual SIM & Mobile.

Find "Carrier"

Press the required SIM.

Find "Carrier"

Press Carrier.

Select network manually

If you want to select a network manually, press the indicator next to "Choose Automatically" to turn off the function.

Select network manually

Press Off.

Select network manually

Press Off and your phone will search for networks.

Select network manually

Press the required network.

Select network automatically

If you want to select a network automatically, press the indicator next to "Choose Automatically" to turn on the function.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Carrier"

Press Settings.
Press Dual SIM & Mobile.
Press the required SIM.
Press Carrier.

2 Select network manually

If you want to select a network manually, press the indicator next to "Choose Automatically" to turn off the function.
Press Off.
Press Off and your phone will search for networks.
Press the required network.

3 Select network automatically

If you want to select a network automatically, press the indicator next to "Choose Automatically" to turn on the function.

4 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
