I can't send and receive picture messages on my OPPO R11s Android 7.1

Cause 5 of 5: Mobile data is turned off

To send and receive MMS, mobile data needs to be turned on.

Solution: Turn on mobile data.

Find "Dual SIM & Mobile"

Press Settings.

Turn mobile data on or off

Press the indicator next to "Mobile Data" to turn the function on or off.

Turn use of mobile data for applications on or off

Press Apps Using Wi-Fi and Mobile Data.

Turn use of mobile data for applications on or off

Press the required application.

Step 6 of 7

Turn use of mobile data for applications on or off

Press the required setting.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

2 Turn mobile data on or off

3 Turn use of mobile data for applications on or off

Press Apps Using Wi-Fi and Mobile Data.

Press the required application.

Press the required setting.

4 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
