I can't access the internet - Samsung Galaxy Note 4

Cause 4 of 9: You've established a connection to a Wi-Fi network, but you aren't logged on

Some Wi-Fi networks require you to log on.

Solution: Open the browser on your phone and try to load a web page. The browser is redirected to the homepage of the Wi-Fi network. Follow the instructions on the display to log on. If you can't log on to the Wi-Fi network, turn off Wi-Fi on your phone and connect to the internet using the mobile network.

Find "Wi-Fi"

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your phone.
Press the settings icon.

Find "Wi-Fi"

Press Wi-Fi.

Turn on Wi-Fi

Press the indicator next to "Wi-Fi" until the function is turned on.

Connect to Wi-Fi network

A list of Wi-Fi networks within range is displayed.
Press the required Wi-Fi network.

Connect to Wi-Fi network

Follow the instructions on the display to select security settings, if required.
Press Connect.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Wi-Fi"

4 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
