I can't access the internet - Samsung Galaxy Note 4

Cause 6 of 9: Flight mode is turned on

If flight mode is turned on, your phone's transmitting functions are turned off. This means that you can't access the internet using the mobile network or a Wi-Fi network.

Solution: Turn off flight mode.

Step 1 of 4

Turn flight mode on or off

Press and hold On/Off.

Step 2 of 4

Turn flight mode on or off

Press Flight mode to turn the function on or off.

Step 3 of 4

Turn flight mode on or off

If you turn on flight mode:
Press Enable.

Step 4 of 4

Turn flight mode on or off

If you turn off flight mode:
Press Disable.

1 Turn flight mode on or off

Press and hold On/Off.
Press Flight mode to turn the function on or off.
If you turn on flight mode:
Press Enable.
If you turn off flight mode:
Press Disable.
