The phone lock code protects the contents of your phone from unauthorised use. If the phone lock code is turned on, it needs to be keyed in when you turn on your phone. Follow these instructions to turn use of phone lock code on or off.
You need to turn on use of phone lock code before you can change it. Click here for information on how to turn the phone lock code on or off.

Press Apps.

Press Apps.

Press Settings.

Press Screen lock.

Key in the phone lock code.Press Swipe, Motion, Face unlock, Face and voice, Pattern, PIN or Password.Follow the instructions on the display to change the phone lock code.

Change phone lock code

Key in the phone lock code.
Press Swipe, Motion, Face unlock, Face and voice, Pattern, PIN or Password.
Follow the instructions on the display to change the phone lock code.

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

Change phone lock code

Key in the phone lock code.
Press Swipe, Motion, Face unlock, Face and voice, Pattern, PIN or Password.
Follow the instructions on the display to change the phone lock code.

Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.
