I can't access the internet - Samsung Galaxy S6

Cause 4 of 9: You've established a connection to a Wi-Fi network, but you aren't logged on

Some Wi-Fi networks require you to log on.

Solution: Open the browser on your phone and try to load a web page. The browser is redirected to the homepage of the Wi-Fi network. Follow the instructions on the display to log on. If you can't log on to the Wi-Fi network, turn off Wi-Fi on your phone and connect to the internet using the mobile network.

Find "Internet"

Press Internet.

Enter web address

Press the address bar.

Enter web address

Key in the address of the required web page and press Go.

Add current web page to your bookmarks

Press MORE.

Add current web page to your bookmarks

Press Add to Bookmarks.

Go to bookmark

Press Bookmarks.

Go to bookmark

Press the required bookmark.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Internet"

Press Internet.

2 Enter web address

Press the address bar.
Key in the address of the required web page and press Go.

3 Add current web page to your bookmarks

Press MORE.
Press Add to Bookmarks.

4 Go to bookmark

Press Bookmarks.
Press the required bookmark.

5 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
