I can't access the internet - Samsung Galaxy S6

Cause 5 of 9: You've turned on manual network selection and are out of range of the selected network

If you're trying to access the internet using the mobile network and you've turned on manual network selection, you need to be within range of the the selected network.

Solution: Turn on automatic network selection so that your phone connects to a network automatically.

Find "Network operators"

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your phone.
Press the settings icon.

Find "Network operators"

Press Mobile networks.

Press Network operators.

Select option

Your phone searches for networks within range.
Select one of the following options:
Select network manually, go to 2a.
Select network automatically, go to 2b.

2a - Select network manually

Press the required network.
The display will tell you if you have access to the network you've chosen.

2b - Select network automatically

Press Select automatically.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Network operators"

2 Select option

Your phone searches for networks within range.
Select one of the following options:
Select network manually, go to 2a.
Select network automatically, go to 2b.

Press the required network.
The display will tell you if you have access to the network you've chosen.

4 2b - Select network automatically

Press Select automatically.

5 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
