I can't send and receive email messages on my Samsung Galaxy S7 edge Android 6.0

Cause 3 of 3: Your phone hasn't been set up for POP3 email correctly

To send and receive POP3 email messages, you need to set up your phone correctly for email messaging.

Solution: Set up your phone for POP3 email.

Find "Accounts"

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Press the field below "User name" and key in the username for your email account.

Press the field below "POP3 server" and key in the name of your email provider's incoming server. Please note that if you can't send email messages when using your email provider's outgoing server, key in smtp.vodafone.net.au (Vodafone's outgoing server).

Press the drop down list below "Security type".

Press the drop down list below "Delete email from server".
Press Never to keep email messages on the server when you delete them on your phone.
Press When deleted from Inbox to delete email messages on the server when you delete them on your phone.

Press the field below "Port" and key in 25.

14 Turn SMTP authentication on or off

Press Authentication required before sending emails to turn the function on or off. Please note that if you're using Vodafone's outgoing server, turn off SMTP authentication and leave the username and password fields empty.
If you turn on SMTP authentication, press the field below "User name" and key in the username for your email account.
If you turn on SMTP authentication, press the field below "Password" and key in the password for your email account.
Press SIGN IN.

15 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

16 Find "Email"

Press Apps.
Press Samsung.
Press Email.

17 Turn on email message synchronisation

Press MORE.
Press Settings.
Press the required email account.
Press Sync account to turn on the function.

18 Enter email account name

Press Account name and key in the required name.
Press OK.

19 Enter sender name

Press Your name and key in your name.
Press OK.

20 Select settings for retrieval of new email messages

Press Sync schedule.
Press Set sync schedule'.
Press the required setting.

21 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
