If you're trying to access the internet using the mobile network, mobile data needs to be turned on on your tablet.

Solution: Turn on mobile data.

Turn mobile data on or off

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your tablet.
Press the mobile data icon to turn the function on or off.

Turn mobile data on or off

If you turn off the function:
Press OK.

Step 3 of 3

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
