I can't access the internet - Samsung Galaxy Tab A

Cause 9 of 9: Wi-Fi isn't turned on on your tablet

If you're trying to access the internet using Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi needs to be turned on on your tablet.

Solution: Turn on Wi-Fi.

Step 1 of 6

Find "Wi-Fi"

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your tablet.
Press the settings icon.

Find "Wi-Fi"

Press Wi-Fi.

Turn on Wi-Fi

Press the indicator next to "Wi-Fi" until the function is turned on.

Connect to Wi-Fi network

A list of Wi-Fi networks within range is displayed.
Press the required Wi-Fi network.

Connect to Wi-Fi network

Follow the instructions on the display to select security settings, if required.
Press CONNECT.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Wi-Fi"

3 Connect to Wi-Fi network

Press CONNECT.

4 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
