My Vodafone Pocket WiFi 4 4G Windows 11 can't find a network

Cause 5 of 6: Wrong or no SIM

Your router can't find a network if no SIM or a SIM from another operator has been inserted in your router.

Solution: Check that a SIM is inserted in your router.

Step 1 of 6

Remove back cover

Turn the back of your router towards you. Take hold of the bottom right corner of the back cover and remove it.

Step 2 of 6

Insert SIM

Slide the cover for the SIM holder upwards and open it.

Step 3 of 6

Insert SIM

Turn your SIM as illustrated next to the SIM holder and place it in the SIM holder.

Step 4 of 6

Insert SIM

Close the cover and slide it downwards to lock it.

Insert battery

Place the battery in your router (left side first), matching the battery contacts with the router contacts, and press the battery into place.

Replace back cover

Place the back cover on your router and press it into place.

2 Insert SIM

Slide the cover for the SIM holder upwards and open it.
Please note that your router only supports micro SIMs.
Turn your SIM as illustrated next to the SIM holder and place it in the SIM holder.
Close the cover and slide it downwards to lock it.

3 Insert battery

Place the battery in your router (left side first), matching the battery contacts with the router contacts, and press the battery into place.

4 Replace back cover

Place the back cover on your router and press it into place.
