I can't make voice calls on my Vodafone Smart C9 Android 8.1 (Go edition)

Cause 11 of 11: The selected network is out of range

If you've set your phone to use a specific network, it can't get a network connection if the selected network is out of range.

Solution: Turn on automatic network selection.

Find "Network operators"

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Find "Network operators"

Press the settings icon.

Find "Network operators"

Press Network & Internet.

Find "Network operators"

Press Mobile network.

Find "Network operators"

Press Network operators and your phone will search for networks.

Select network manually

If you want to select a network manually, press the required network.

Select network automatically

If you want to select a network automatically, press Automatically select network.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

2 Select network manually

If you want to select a network manually, press the required network.

3 Select network automatically

If you want to select a network automatically, press Automatically select network.

4 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
