I can't make voice calls on my Vodafone Smart E9 Android 8.1 (Go edition)

Cause 12 of 12: The selected network is out of range

If you've set your phone to use a specific network, it can't get a network connection if the selected network is out of range.

Solution: Turn on automatic network selection.

Find "Advanced"

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Find "Advanced"

Press the settings icon.

Find "Advanced"

Press Network & Internet.

Find "Advanced"

Press Mobile network.

Find "Advanced"

Press Advanced.

Select network manually

Press the indicator next to "Automatically select network" and wait while your phone searches for networks.

Select network manually

Press the required network.

Select network automatically

Press the indicator next to "Automatically select network".

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Advanced"

Press Advanced.

2 Select network manually

Press the indicator next to "Automatically select network" and wait while your phone searches for networks.
Press the required network.

3 Select network automatically

Press the indicator next to "Automatically select network".

4 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
