I can't access the internet - Vodafone Smart First

Cause 7 of 9: Mobile data is turned off on your phone

If you're trying to access the internet using the mobile network, mobile data needs to be turned on on your phone.

Solution: Turn on mobile data.

Find "Mobile networks"

Slide two fingers down the display starting from the top edge of your phone.
Press SETTINGS.

Find "Mobile networks"

Press More....

Find "Mobile networks"

Press Mobile networks.

Step 4 of 6

Turn mobile data on or off

Press Data connection.

Step 5 of 6

Turn mobile data on or off

Press the required network or Off.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
