I can't send and receive picture messages on my Vodafone V Lite 2 4G Android 13 (Go edition)

Cause 2 of 4: Mobile data is turned off

To send and receive MMS, mobile data needs to be turned on.

Solution: Turn on mobile data.

Turn mobile data on or off

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Step 2 of 4

Turn mobile data on or off

Press the internet browser icon.

Step 3 of 4

Turn mobile data on or off

Press the internet indicator to turn the function on or off.

Step 4 of 4

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
