Solution: Turn off mobile data.

Turn mobile data on or off

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Turn mobile data on or off

Press the mobile data icon.

Turn mobile data on or off

Press the mobile data indicator to turn the function on or off.

Turn mobile data on or off

Press Done.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
