1. Find "Unpair"
On your phone: Press TCLMOVE.
On your phone: Press Account.
On your phone: Press the required account.
On your phone: Press Unpair.
2. Restore factory default settings
On your phone: Press UNPAIR. Wait a moment while the factory default settings are restored.
Follow the instructions on the screen to set up your smartwatch and prepare it for use.
When you've restored the factory default settings, you need to activate your smartwatch.
