The PIN protects your SIM from unauthorised use. If use of PIN is turned on, it needs to be keyed in when you turn on your device. Follow these instructions to change your PIN.
You need to turn on use of PIN before you can change it. Click here for information on how to turn on use of PIN.

Find "Change PIN"

Press Settings.

Press Cellular Data.

Press SIM PIN.

Press Change PIN.

Change PIN

Key in your current PIN and press Next.

If an incorrect PIN is entered three times in a row, your SIM will be blocked. To unblock your SIM, you'll need to key in your PUK. The PUK can be obtained by contacting customer services.

Please note:
If the wrong PUK is entered ten times in a row, your SIM will be blocked permanently. In this case, you need a new SIM from Vodafone.

Change PIN

Key in a new four-digit PIN and press Next.

If an incorrect PIN is entered three times in a row, your SIM will be blocked. To unblock your SIM, you'll need to key in your PUK. The PUK can be obtained by contacting customer services.

Please note:
If the wrong PUK is entered ten times in a row, your SIM will be blocked permanently. In this case, you need a new SIM from Vodafone.

Change PIN

Key in the new PIN again and press Done.

Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

Find "Change PIN"

Press Settings.
Press Cellular Data.
Press SIM PIN.
Press Change PIN.

Key in your current PIN and press Next.
