Cause 5 of 6: Wi-Fi isn't turned on on your tablet

If Wi-Fi is turned off on your tablet, you can't access the internet using Wi-Fi.

Solution: Turn on Wi-Fi.

Find "Wi-Fi"

Press Settings.

Find "Wi-Fi"

Press Wi-Fi.

Turn on Wi-Fi

Press the indicator next to Wi-Fi to turn on the function.

Step 4 of 6

Connect to Wi-Fi network

A list of Wi-Fi networks within range is displayed.
Press the required Wi-Fi network.

Step 5 of 6

Connect to Wi-Fi network

Follow the instructions on the display to key in security settings, if required, and press Join.

Step 6 of 6

Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

Press Wi-Fi.

2 Turn on Wi-Fi

3 Connect to Wi-Fi network

A list of Wi-Fi networks within range is displayed.
Press the required Wi-Fi network.
Follow the instructions on the display to key in security settings, if required, and press Join.

4 Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.
