Find "Accessibility"
Press Settings.
Press General.
Press Accessibility.
Turn on Reachability
Press the indicator next to "Reachability" until the function is turned on.
Return to the home screen
Press General to save the setting.
Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
Adjust screen reachability
Touch the Home key twice in quick succession and the upper part of the display shifts down.
