If your phone is set to connect to 4G networks only, it can't find a network if you're in an area with poor or no 4G network coverage.

Solution: Change network mode to allow your phone to connect to both 2G, 3G and 4G networks.

Press Settings.

Press the indicator next to "Enable 4G" to turn the function on or off.
