Cause 8 of 9: Flight mode is turned on

If flight mode is turned on, your phone's transmitting functions are turned off. This means that you can't make or receive calls.

Solution: Turn off flight mode.

Turn flight mode on or off

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom edge of the display.
Press the flight mode icon to turn the function on or off.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom edge of the display.
Press the flight mode icon to turn the function on or off.
