My Apple iPhone SE iOS 11.0 uses a large amount of mobile data

Cause 1 of 3: Wi-Fi Assist is turned on

If Wi-Fi Assist is turned on, your phone will use mobile data when the connection to the Wi-Fi network is poor.

Solution: Turn off Wi-Fi Assist.

Find "Mobile Data"

Press Settings.

Press Mobile Data.

Turn automatic use of mobile data on or off

Press the indicator next to "Wi-Fi Assist" to turn the function on or off.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

Press Settings.
Press Mobile Data.

2 Turn automatic use of mobile data on or off

Press the indicator next to "Wi-Fi Assist" to turn the function on or off.

3 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
