I can't use tethering on my Apple iPhone SE iOS 9.3

Cause 1 of 3: Data roaming is turned off

To use tethering when abroad or when connected to another operator's network, data roaming needs to be turned on on your phone.

Solution: Turn on data roaming.

Press Settings.

Turn data roaming on or off

Press the indicator next to "Data Roaming" to turn the function on or off.

If you turn on the function, press the indicator next to "EU Internet" to turn off the function.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

2 Turn data roaming on or off

Press the indicator next to "Data Roaming" to turn the function on or off.
If you turn on the function, press the indicator next to "EU Internet" to turn off the function.

3 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
