When call waiting is turned on, you can hear and answer a new incoming call while you're on the phone. Follow these instructions to turn call waiting on or off.

Find "Call Waiting"

Press Connect.

Find "Call Waiting"

Press the Menu key.

Find "Call Waiting"

Scroll to Options and press the Navigation key.

Find "Call Waiting"

Scroll to Call Waiting and press the Navigation key.

Turn call waiting on or off

Highlight the drop down list next to Call Waiting Enabled and press the Navigation key.

Turn call waiting on or off

Highlight No or Yes and press the Navigation key.

Save and exit

Press the Menu key.

Scroll to Save and press the Navigation key.

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.

Find "Call Waiting"

Press Connect.
Press the Menu key.
Scroll to Options and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Call Waiting and press the Navigation key.

Turn call waiting on or off

Highlight the drop down list next to Call Waiting Enabled and press the Navigation key.
Highlight No or Yes and press the Navigation key.

Save and exit

Press the Menu key.
Scroll to Save and press the Navigation key.
Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.
