Transfer files via Bluetooth - BlackBerry 8520 Curve

Bluetooth is a wireless connection which can be used to transfer files between two devices or to establish a connection to other devices, such as a wireless headset or keypad. Follow these instructions to transfer files via Bluetooth.
You need to connect your phone with another device in order to transfer files via Bluetooth. Click here for information on how to connect your phone with another Bluetooth device.

Step 1 of 8

Find "Media"

Press the Menu key.

Find "Media"

Scroll to Media and press the Navigation key.

Select file

Highlight Pictures or Videos and press the Navigation key.
Go to the required folder.

Select file

Highlight the required file and press the Menu key.

Transfer file via Bluetooth

Scroll to Send Using Bluetooth and press the Navigation key.

Transfer file via Bluetooth

If Bluetooth is turned off:
Scroll to Yes and press the Navigation key to turn on Bluetooth.

Transfer file via Bluetooth

Highlight the required device and press the Navigation key.
The transfer of the file needs to be accepted at the receiving end.
The file is sent.

Exit

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.

Select file

Highlight Pictures or Videos and press the Navigation key.
Go to the required folder.
Highlight the required file and press the Menu key.

Transfer file via Bluetooth

Scroll to Send Using Bluetooth and press the Navigation key.
If Bluetooth is turned off:
Scroll to Yes and press the Navigation key to turn on Bluetooth.
Highlight the required device and press the Navigation key.
The transfer of the file needs to be accepted at the receiving end.
The file is sent.

Exit

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.
