I can't receive voice messages on my voicemail - BlackBerry Curve 9720

Cause 1 of 1: Calls aren't diverted to your voicemail

Missed calls are only diverted to your voicemail if the correct divert settings have been selected. You can change the settings in the phone menu.

Solution: Divert calls to your voicemail.

Step 1 of 20

Find "Forward Calls"

Press Connect.

Find "Forward Calls"

Press the Menu key.

Find "Forward Calls"

Press Options.

Press Call Forwarding.

Press Forward Calls.

Select divert type

Press one of the following options:
Always, go to 2a.

Press Forward All Calls.

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Forward Calls"

Press Connect.
Press the Menu key.
Press Options.
Press Call Forwarding.
Press Forward Calls.

2 Select divert type

Press one of the following options:
Always, go to 2a.
Customise, go to 2b.

3 2a - "Always"

Press Forward All Calls.
Press New Number....
Press [Use Once].
Key in +61414121121
Press the Menu key.
Press Continue.

4 2b - "Customise"

Press If Busy, If No Reply or If Not Reachable.
Press New Number....
Press [Use Once].
Key in +61414121121
Press the Menu key.
Press Continue.

5 Save setting

Press the Menu key.
Press Save.

6 Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.
