I can't use Wi-Fi - BlackBerry Curve 9720

Cause 3 of 6: No connection to a Wi-Fi network is established

You can't access the internet using a Wi-Fi network if you aren't connected to a Wi-Fi network.

Solution: Connect to Wi-Fi network.

Step 1 of 8

Find "Manage Connections"

Press the Menu key twice.

Find "Manage Connections"

Press Manage Connections.

Turn on Wi-Fi

Press the box next to "Wi-Fi" until the function is turned on.

Establish a connection to a Wi-Fi network

Press Wi-Fi Network.
A list of available Wi-Fi networks is displayed.

Step 5 of 8

Establish a connection to a Wi-Fi network

Press the required network.
Follow the instructions on the display to select security settings, if required.

Establish a connection to a Wi-Fi network

Press Connect.

Step 7 of 8

Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect.

Return to the home screen

Press the Return key to return to the home screen.
