I can't receive any calls - BlackBerry Z30

Cause 2 of 2: Divert of all calls is turned on

If call divert is turned on, you can't receive any calls. All incoming calls are diverted to your voicemail or to another number.

Solution: Turn off call divert.

Find "Call Forwarding"

Press the phone icon.
Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your phone.

Find "Call Forwarding"

Press Settings.

Find "Call Forwarding"

Press Call Forwarding.

Cancel all diverts

The current settings are displayed.
Press the indicator next to one of the following divert types to cancel the divert:

Forward All Calls

Step 6 of 9

Cancel all diverts

Forward If Busy

Step 7 of 9

Cancel all diverts

Forward If Not Reachable

Step 8 of 9

Cancel all diverts

Forward If No Reply
Repeat until all diverts have been cancelled.

Return to the home screen

Slide your finger up the display starting from the bottom edge of your phone to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Call Forwarding"

Press the phone icon.
Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your phone.
Press Settings.
Press Call Forwarding.

2 Cancel all diverts

The current settings are displayed.
Press the indicator next to one of the following divert types to cancel the divert:
Forward All Calls
Forward If Busy
Forward If Not Reachable
Forward If No Reply
Repeat until all diverts have been cancelled.

3 Return to the home screen

Slide your finger up the display starting from the bottom edge of your phone to return to the home screen.
