I can't access the internet - BlackBerry Z30

Cause 3 of 9: You're abroad and data roaming is turned off on your phone

If you are trying to access the internet using the mobile network when abroad, data roaming needs to be turned on on your phone.

Solution: Turn on data roaming. Please note that you may induce additional costs by turning on data roaming on your phone.

Find "Mobile Network"

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your phone.
Press Settings.

Press Network Connections.

Press Mobile Network.

Turn data roaming on or off

Press the drop down list below "Data services while roaming".

Press On, Off or Prompt.

Return to the home screen

Slide your finger up the display starting from the bottom edge of your phone to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Mobile Network"

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your phone.
Press Settings.
Press Network Connections.
Press Mobile Network.

2 Turn data roaming on or off

Press the drop down list below "Data services while roaming".
Press On, Off or Prompt.

3 Return to the home screen

Slide your finger up the display starting from the bottom edge of your phone to return to the home screen.
