I can't make voice calls on my HTC 10 Android 6.0

Cause 12 of 12: The selected network is out of range

If you've set your phone to use a specific network, it can't get a network connection if the selected network is out of range.

Solution: Turn on automatic network selection.

Find "Network operators"

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Find "Network operators"

Press the settings icon.

Press Mobile data.

Find "Network operators"

Press Network operators.

Select network

If you want to select a network automatically, press Choose network automatically.

Select network

If you want to select a network manually, press Search for networks and wait while your phone searches for networks.

Select network

Press the required network.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

Press Network operators.

2 Select network

If you want to select a network automatically, press Choose network automatically.

If you want to select a network manually, press Search for networks and wait while your phone searches for networks.

Press the required network.

3 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
