Connect the data cable to the socket on the left side of your phone and to your computer's USB port.

Start the program Zune on your computer.

Select phone.

Select VIDEOS or PICTURES.
Go to the required folder.

Highlight the required picture or the required video clip and drag it to the computer icon in the bottom left corner of the screen.
