Find "Call barring"
Press the phone icon.
Press the menu icon.
Press Settings.
Press Voice Call.
Press Call barring.
Select barring option
Press one of the following options:
All outgoing calls
All outgoing calls
If you select International outgoing calls except to home PLMN, no international calls can be made, but you can still call home when you're abroad.
If you select Incoming calls while roaming, you can't receive incoming calls when you take your phone abroad. Incoming calls will be rejected by the network and the call won't go through.
If you select Incoming calls while roaming, you can't receive incoming calls when you take your phone abroad. Incoming calls will be rejected by the network and the call won't go through.
International outgoing calls
If you select International outgoing calls except to home PLMN, no international calls can be made, but you can still call home when you're abroad.

Turn call barring on or off
Key in your barring password (default is 0000) and press OK to turn the function on or off.
Return to the home screen
Press the home icon to return to the home screen.
