I can't access the internet - HTC Desire 320

Cause 3 of 9: You're abroad and data roaming is turned off on your phone

If you are trying to access the internet using the mobile network when abroad, data roaming needs to be turned on on your phone.

Solution: Turn on data roaming. Please note that you may induce additional costs by turning on data roaming on your phone.

Find "Mobile networks"

Slide two fingers down the display starting from the top edge of your phone.
Press SETTINGS.

Press Mobile networks.

Turn data roaming on or off

Press Data roaming to turn the function on or off.

Turn data roaming on or off

If you turn on data roaming:
Press OK to confirm.

Return to the home screen

Press the home icon to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Mobile networks"

2 Turn data roaming on or off

Press Data roaming to turn the function on or off.
If you turn on data roaming:
Press OK to confirm.

3 Return to the home screen
